Q: What is a Perfect Presence bouquet? A: The Perfect Presence bouquet is a perfectly new gift. It consists of beautifully wrapped bouquet of infant adult clothing, towels etc enhanced with fabric, paper and foam flowers and leaves. The Perfect Presence bouquet is the ideal gift to take to your next baby shower, birthday surprise or bridal shower. When you have removed all of the materials you will have a lasting bouquet of fabric, paper and/or wood flower buds and leaves to save as a keepsake. Q: What is a Perfect Presence bucket? A: The Perfect Presence bucket is a perfectly new gift. It consists of beautifully wrapped bouquet of infant, adult clothing, towels etc enhanced with fabric, paper and foam flowers and leaves arranged in a bucket. When you have removed all of the materials you will have a lasting bouquet of fabric, paper and /or wood flower buds and leaves to save as a keepsake in your bucket. Q: What is a Perfect Presence cake? A: The Perfect Presence cake is an innovative, one-of-a-kind and totally practical gift that is not only impressive but also perfect as a centrepiece for any occasion. It is made out of disposable diapers, towels etc arranged to look like a real cake! You can order one-tier, two-tier, three-tier or four-tier cakes. Perfectly arranged on the outside, you will find practical items such as clothes, shoes, accessories and always a book to make the cake look even more delectable and beautiful! Q: What kind of diapers do you use for your diaper cakes? A: We only use Pampers Newborn, 3kg - 8kg and Huggies in Size S, which can fit babies up to 15 lbs. For our organic cakes, we use chlorine-free diapers. Q: Can I request for my Perfect Presence cake to be customised? A: Simply fill in the online order form and we'll get back to you as soon as possible. We are capable of customising according to colour, theme, animals, characters and more according to your budget and time frame. Q: What fabric is used for the baby clothing in my bouquet, cake or bucket? A: T-shirts, Onesies and Bibs are 100% cotton. Both the socks and the hat are cotton mixed with some elastane for stretch. The Organic range features unbleached and un-dyed organic cotton. Q: Can I cancel an order after it has been submitted? A: Orders must be made two weeks before date of delivery/collection of the bouquet, cake or bucket. A minimum of one week's notice is needed for orders to be cancelled. Otherwise, full payment must still be made. The deposit is non-refundable. Q: What is your return, refund and exchange policy? A: No returns refund and exchanges will be given, unless it is defective or damaged on the part of Perfect Presence. Perfect Presence reserves the right to refuse any return, refund or exchange of any of our cakes and gift items.
